It’s hard to get people to talk about money in person, so it’s a good thing that Twitter exists. People will talk about anything there! Here’s our favorite money-related tweet of the day.

#KnowYourAnon I'm never going to save up enough money to leave my parents house because I keep spending it on weekend trips out of here.

  1. My college requires 2 full semesters of co-op experience, 1 during your junior year and 1 during your senior year. After working full time for a semester it is hard to get back into the swing of things. Homework, exams, memorizing formulas, it all seems trivial. I’d much rather be at work making a difference and getting paid for my efforts instead of paying to go to classes.

    • Thanks for sharing, Faith! You really get the best of both worlds, in that a co-op eases you into things. Though, having been removed from college for a little while now, I can definitely say there are aspects that are a lot more enjoyable than the working world! I think Shane summed this up nicely in his last video of the week post about the Oscars.

  2. Sarah, I remember that time in ur life like it was yesterday. The long conversations we has discussing the pro and cons of taking time off from school to experience “life”. I think the time u took off gave u experiences that for u were life changing. At the time I thought u were so brave and never doubted u would return to college with a unique perspective. Taking time off is not the easy route, it’s the challenging route that I wish I had the guts to do when I was younger. Lori
