Editor’s note: It’s always the innocent-looking ones who steal your blog …

Things are about to get wacky here on the blog. I’ve been on a quest for global domination for some time now, and I’ve finally achieved one major milestone: taking over the SALT™ Blog!

(Cue lightning and thunder.)

Just kidding—I’ve actually been working for the past couple of months on a 10-part video series dedicated to covering all of the basics of financial aid.

From completing the FAFSA to writing a convincing financial aid appeal letter, I’ll give you the facts that you need to confidently master the college financial aid process. Each video also comes with its own set of articles that further illustrate the ideas discussed in the video. Because these sets are jam-packed with lots of content, these topics will take over the blog on some of my regular posting days.

Making these videos and corresponding posts was a labor of love. I want each and every one of you to get the most out your college education while, frankly, spending the least amount of money as possible on your degree.

As always, I want to hear your thoughts! If there is a topic you want to learn more about that isn’t represented in these videos, just let me know. Additionally, feel free to share this content with anyone who can benefit. After all, sharing is caring.

Be on the lookout for more “Diane Days” like this in the upcoming weeks and months, right here on the SALT Blog!
