During my job search, I’ve found 15 listings commensurate with my experience and education. (And I’m a frequent online job bank peruser!)

Fifteen doesn’t seem like a lot, but applying to each takes time. It meant 15 unique cover letters, 15 different emails with relevant clips or links to portfolios, and 15 times I’ve daydreamed moving to a new city if I got the gig.

No such luck.…
